How to Reach Us
Our office is in central Brașov, five minutes' walk from Piața Sfatului. Meetings are by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins, because preparation matters. If you prefer not to visit in person, all initial consultations can be held by secure video call. Response times: emails are answered within one business day, phone calls during office hours are taken directly by an advisor. If you reach voicemail, we return every call by close of business the same day. Discretion is standard — your name and the content of any enquiry are never shared outside The Workshop team without your written consent.

What to Expect at a First Meeting
A first consultation is structured, unhurried, and entirely confidential.
Asset Overview Request
We ask you to share a rough overview of your current asset picture — not documents, just a summary — so the advisor can arrive at the meeting prepared to give relevant, specific observations rather than generic commentary.
90-Minute Discovery Session
The main meeting covers your risk profile, current legal structures, insurance coverage, succession intentions, and any concerns you have identified yourself. The advisor listens first, then responds. There is no sales material presented at this stage.
Written Summary Within 5 Days
After the discovery session, the advisor sends a written summary of what was discussed, initial observations on your current position, and a clear outline of how a formal engagement would proceed — including fees. You decide at your own pace.

Finding Our Brașov Office
The Workshop is located at Str. Nicolae Bălcescu 14, on the second floor of a restored early-twentieth-century building with a forest-cream facade. The entrance is on the side street; the intercom is labelled “The Workshop”. Parking is available in the Sfatului underground car park, three minutes on foot. The nearest bus stop is Piața Sfatului, served by lines 4, 23, and 51. If you are travelling from outside Brașov, we are happy to recommend accommodation and can arrange meetings outside standard hours by prior agreement.
